店内は肩肘張らずに過ごせる大人な空気感。
壁にびっしりのコルクが並べられてますがこちらのオーナーはソムリエだそうです
しっかり食事もできそうですが、今回はあくまで“軽く一杯”の2軒目使いです。

キムチ盛り合わせは、それぞれ味わいが違っていて、ひと口ずつつまみながらマッコリザブザブ♫
辛さだけじゃなく、酸味やコクのバランスが良くて、「ちょっとだけ」のつもりが箸が止まらないタイプです。
合わせた生マッコリは、やさしい口当たりで飲みやすく、食後でも重たくならないのが嬉しいポイント。キムチとの相性もよく、2軒目にちょうどいいペースで楽しめました。

天六というにぎやかなエリアにありながら、落ち着いて飲めるのも洪さんの魅力。がっつり韓国料理の日にも、今回のように軽く飲む夜にも使える、覚えておきたい一軒です。
「今日はもう少しだけ」そんな気分のときに、またふらっと立ち寄りたくなるお店でした

仕込みからこだわり繊細な味付けでどの料理も拘りが感じれ旨味を特に感じひと手間の拘りも感じれる。

店内も綺麗で落ち着きのある内装で店主も物腰が柔らかく人柄が良いのが話していてわかる本当に素晴らしいお店です。

最近はランチメニューも始められたみたいで早速いってきました。

牛肉挽肉のシンプルな佇まいだけど、これがなんとも、絶妙なコク旨感があるチャプチェ。
ごま油が控えめでちゅるちゅる食感にワインが進んじゃいます。

なお、他のゲストが召し上がっていた「豚足」「牛スネ肉」がめちゃめちゃ美味しそうだったので、次回は肉料理と赤ワインで楽しんでみたいと思います！
